Mindful Breathing Techniques

This practice is about noticing the breath, not forcing it. Mindful breathing can be a simple and powerful way to support calm, focus, and emotional regulation. There is no goal to achieve and no need to breathe in a particular way unless it feels supportive for you.
If at any point the practice feels uncomfortable, you are welcome to return to natural breathing, open your eyes, or stop the video.
