Daily Calm
This Daily Calm practice is designed to help you pause, breathe, and gently return to yourself. It offers a quiet moment in the day to slow the nervous system, soften mental noise, and reconnect with a sense of steadiness and ease.
This session is suitable for beginners and all levels. There is no need to do anything perfectly or achieve a particular state. You are invited to simply show up, listen, and allow the practice to meet you where you are.

Daily calm is about creating small, supportive moments of rest within everyday life. Even a short pause can make a difference. This practice is an invitation to slow down, notice what is present, and allow yourself a moment of ease.
If at any time you feel uncomfortable, you are welcome to adjust your position, open your eyes, or end the practice early.
Continue your practice
You can return to this session anytime you feel the need for grounding or quiet. It also pairs well with gentle movement or a longer unwind practice later in the day.
